• History, ownership and development come from government filings and established news and trade publications.
• Services, amenities and floor plans come from the community’s own website and are attributed as the community’s description.
• Referral directories, price-estimate sites, star ratings and individual reviews are not used as sources of fact.

What are the writing rules?

• No number, price, rating, date or person is included unless a cited source states it.
• When sources disagree, all versions are shown with their sources rather than choosing one.
• Dated figures, such as prices or staff roles, are shown with their date.
• Claims are worded neutrally; promotional language from the community is quoted and attributed, not adopted.
• Gaps are listed openly on the about page.

How is the conflict of interest handled?
